Bookings & Payments:
All bookings are confirmed only after full or agreed deposit payment. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or approved online platforms. Full payment must be completed before the safari departure date.Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure receive 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 30 days before departure.Safari Itinerary:
Itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Cosmaya Safari reserves the right to alter routes, accommodation, or activities to ensure safety and comfort.Health & Safety:
Clients must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies and evacuation. Cosmaya Safari is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness during the safari.Liability:
Cosmaya Safari is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the safari. Guests are responsible for their own possessions at all times.Behaviour & Compliance:
Clients must follow guides’ instructions, park rules, and local laws. Any behaviour endangering themselves, others, or wildlife may result in termination of the safari without refund.Force Majeure:
Cosmaya Safari is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.Photography & Media:
Cosmaya Safari may use photographs or videos taken during safaris for marketing purposes unless clients expressly opt out in writing.Privacy:
All client information is confidential and used solely for safari bookings and communications.Acceptance:
